Aloha Fellow FMA Members,

At the last General Membership meeting held on 5-22-08, the members
present unanimously passed two (2) by-law amendments.

The 1st amendment deleted Section 10 of Article IV, Duties of Officers
in it's entirety. This section had provided a $250 stipend to the
Treasurer and the Recording and Corresponding Secretaries.

The 2nd amendment changed the member benefit for sick and visiting from
$40 to $50 and death of a spouse benefit from $50 to $100.

A copy of the revised FMA Chapter 19 By-Laws are provided for your
information and records. Please forward any comments or suggested
changes to Layne Luke, 1st Vice President. MAHALO!
